The GL5 series drum shaped paper tape filter machine consists of a rolling disc, a transmission mechanism, and filter paper, forming a circular arc-shaped filtering surface. Its circular arc-shaped liquid tank can provide high positive pressure for liquids, and can provide high flow filtration capacity with high filtration efficiency. During operation, the contaminated liquid enters the filter through the inlet on the side of the filter, forming an arc-shaped liquid pool on the filter layer. Under the action of gravity, the coolant passes through the filter layer and is collected from the bottom of the filter to the clean liquid tank. Impurities are adsorbed on the filter layer. When there is an excessive accumulation of impurities, the permeability of the filter layer decreases, and the liquid level in the liquid pool rises. When the liquid level reaches the set height, the signaling system starts and drives the motor to output dirty paper while entering new paper, completing the filter paper renewal with a filtration accuracy of 25 μ.
