The EGRPYF disc oil-water separator consists of a reduction motor, an attached oil disc, an oil scraper plate, a housing, and other parts. The reduction motor drives the viscous oil disc to rotate and operate, immersing the viscous oil disc into the oil mixing zone. Based on the difference in physical properties between water-based chip fluid and floating oil, the viscous oil disc made of oleophilic material sticks up the floating oil in the mixing zone and scrapes it into the oil collection box through the oil scraper plate.

The EGRPYF disc oil-water separator operates smoothly and has low power loss. Suitable for working environments with high floating oil levels and minimal liquid level fluctuations.
