The recoil scraper chip conveyor is widely used in various mechanical equipment for processing ferromagnetic materials. It has become an indispensable tool for modern equipment and can be widely used in CNC machine tools, combination machine tools, machining centers, specialized machine tools, assembly lines, and automatic lines for chip conveying. The recoil scraper chip conveyor is an important type of machine tool accessory with high conveying efficiency and a wide range of conveying speeds to choose from. It helps to improve the efficiency of equipment management, and the recoil scraper chip conveyor is generally matched with other types of chip conveyors. The iron chips collected from the protective cover or workbench are transported to the chip inlet of the chip conveyor, and then transported to the collection vehicle by the chip conveyor.

The recoil scraper chip conveyor is suitable for processing powdery, granular, and particularly small debris with a length of less than 100 millimeters that cannot be processed by other types of scraper type chip conveyors, or for separating iron debris from oil and emulsion, purifying the coolant in real time, and used for wet processing.

The recoil scraper chip conveyor can also be equipped with a horn mouth to directly discharge waste chips from the horn mouth to the chip collection vehicle. The installation bracket of the chip breaking and chip conveyor device for processing soft materials is fixed at the front end of the drag plate near the tool holder on the machine tool. The hollow transmission shaft is installed in the bearing seat through a bearing, and the front end is equipped with a moving tool combination. The bearing seat is fixed on the support plate, and the front end of the bearing seat is equipped with a front end cover and a front chip suction pipe sleeve. The front end cover is equipped with a fixed knife combination. The rear of the support plate is equipped with a rear air outlet pipe and a nylon liner, which are connected to the dust collector matched with the machine tool through a corrugated pipe.

The recoil scraper chip conveyor is driven by a motor through a belt to a hollow drive shaft, which then drives the moving blade combination and the fixed blade combination built into the front end cover to form a shear. The machine tool is equipped with a dust collector with a high-power high negative pressure fan, which sucks the cut chips into the dust collector. There is no chip accumulation in the rectangular metal hose cutting area of the machine tool. The vacuum chip suction effect is significant, improving work efficiency, especially suitable for mass production, and enhancing product quality. A chip collection groove is provided below the turning position of the blank workpiece for collecting chips after turning. The bottom of the chip collection groove is provided with a through hole, which is connected to the intake pipe of the vacuum cleaner and can remove chips generated during the cutting process. Due to the chip collection groove and vacuum cleaner installed below the workpiece to be turned, chips can be removed, and the installation of ultrasonic vibrators reduces the volume and density of chips, making them easy to be sucked out.

What is the principle of the recoil scraper chip conveyor?

The recoil scraper chip conveyor uses permanent magnet materials to generate a strong magnetic field to magnetically adsorb the chips on the working magnetic plate of the chip conveyor, or adsorb and separate granular, powdery, and iron chips with a length of ≤ 150mm in oil and emulsion, and send them to the chip removal point or chip bin. It can process iron chips and powdery, granular, and non-ferrous chips with a length of less than 100 mm, as well as separate and transport oily and emulsion iron chips into the scraper box.
